The HR Strategy support UEC’s corporate vision, while being able to adapt to changes in corporate strategy and direction. The HR vision aim to become a recognized and respected partner within UEC, supporting their drive for excellence by providing the right people with the right skills to the right place, and supporting the employees by providing world class management of their performance, development and reward. HR will effectively support the goals and objectives of UEC’s operation by developing and implementing HR policies and programs to source, recruit, develop and retain talented people.
